* MAJOR CHANGE: in function convertToPA, for probabilistic conversions, 
the output now includes the probability of occurrence raster. This probability
of occurrence corresponds to the environmental suitability modified by the 
probabilistic conversion method used to draw presences and absences.
* MAJOR CHANGE: the function convertToPA now includes a linear method for the
probabilistic conversion. The linear conversion can be performed manually (e.g.,
provide slope and intercept) or automatically to fit the chosen prevalence.
* Added the function "plotSuitabilityToProba" which plots the shape of the 
function used to transform environmental suitability into probability of 
ocurrence.
* Added a series of messages when running generateSpFromFun to inform users about
the default behaviour of the function (i.e., it rescales all responses between 0 
and 1 by default).
* Added the possibility to extract true probability of occurrence in
sampleOccurrences
