	o Non-finite values (hence NA) are not allowed in parameters.
	
	o The 'rGEV' function no longer returns a named vector.
	
BUG FIXES
	o The probability functions 'p', 'd', 'q' did not work with 'deriv
	= TRUE' when their first argument contained NA. This is now
	possible, the corresponding rows of the "gradient" atrribute and
	the corresponding slices of "hessian" attribute contain only NAs.
