Computation of linkage disequilibrium of ancestry (LDA) and linkage disequilibrium of ancestry score (LDAS). LDA calculates the pairwise linkage disequilibrium of ancestry between single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs). LDAS calculates the LDA score of SNPs.
