This transmission package provides facilities for simulation and
fitting of individual level disease transmission models within a
hospital ward or similar closed setting.
Simulating a dataset is performed with the doSim function.
It has several basic options to control the simulation.
capacity - the capacity of hospital. There cannot be more patients in the
ward at any given time than capacity.
